Who Owns Us

Inland American Communities Group, Inc. is the owner/management company for all University House branded communities.* Inland American Communities Group, Inc. (IAC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inland American Real Estate Trust, is a national real estate development, acquisition and management firm specializing in university and urban in-fill housing. Several new communities are in development nationwide, and the first is scheduled to open in August 2008.
